This Agreement applies to both individuals and entities. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
By clicking “Accept” or by using our Program or Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
We reserve the right to update the Site, the Program, or these Terms at our sole discretion. Any updates will take effect 30 days after posting. If you do not agree with a change, you may discontinue use of our Services.
Our ability to distribute your Work depends on the terms of service of third-party retailers (“Bookshops”). If your Work does not meet a retailer’s requirements, we will notify you so you can make necessary changes. Neither party will knowingly violate a retailer’s terms. We may stop distributing your Work through any Bookshop whose policies we find unsuitable.
Revenue from the sale, loan, or distribution of your Work will be collected by us. As compensation for our Services, Amz Publisher USA will deduct a 15% commission from all proceeds before paying your royalties.
